How to Navigate through the Subscription Page in CRM

Overview:

This article will guide you on how to navigate through the Subscription page in CRM.

Process:

1. Go to My Apps and open Okta.

2. In Okta, search for Xvantage for Associates(X4A) and open it.

3. Within X4A, hover over the left navigation menu and click Sales.

4. Select CRM from the Sales sub-menu.

5. From the CRM’s left navigation menu, scroll down to Sales. Click Subscriptions.

6. Located on the upper part of the screen are two (2) search boxes:

   • General search box – lets you search through:

     • All

     • Subscription ID

     • End customer

     • End customer ID

     • Reseller PO

     • Agreement ID

   • BCN search box – lets you search through Ingram Micro unique BCN.

7. Below these search boxes is a series of drop-down menus which also help modify your search.
