How to Open Account Vendor Profiles in Excel Online in CRM

Overview:

This article will guide you on how you can import the Account Vendor Profiles data to Excel online.

Process:

1. Go to My Apps and open Okta.

2. In Okta search for Xvantage for Associates(X4A) and open it.

3. Within X4A hover over the left navigation menu and click Sales.

4. Select CRM from the Sales sub-menu.

5. From CRM left navigation menu, scroll down to Extensions. Choose Account Vendor Profiles.

6. Click the ellipsis icon located on the command bar.

7. Click the right arrow beside the Export to Excel.

8. Select Open in Excel Online from the options.

9. A pop-up window will appear, displaying the Excel file.

10. Click Save to begin the import.

    • Note: Do not make further edits to this data before the import process is complete.

11. Click Track Progress.

12. You will be shown the progress of importation. Wait until it reads as Complete.
