How to Open Discount Management in GDE in Xvantage for Associates

Overview:

This article explains how to access Discount Management within GDE Deals & Discounts in Xvantage for Associates (X4A). Discount Management provides access to discount-related information and tools used to manage deal and pricing activities.

Process:

1. Go to My Apps and open Okta.

2. In Okta, search for X4A and open it. Xvantage for Associates will open in a new tab.

3. From the left navigation menu, select Revenue, then click GDE deals & discounts.

   • Alternative: You can access GDE directly using the standalone URL: gds.ingrammicro.com.

4. If accessing GDE through the standalone URL, select Discount Management from the left navigation menu.
