How to Perform Instant Data Refresh for a Powerbuy in Xvantage for Associates

Overview:

This guide provides step-by-step instructions on how to refresh a Powerbuy in Xvantage for Associates (X4A).

Note: This function is available to Powerbuy Associate only.

Process:

1. Go to My Apps and open Okta.

2. In Okta, search for Xvantage for Associates(X4A) and open it.

3. Within X4A, hover over the left navigation menu and click Purchasing.

4. Select Powerbuy from the sub-menu.

5. Use the search bar to enter the Powerbuy Name or ID.

6. Click the Powerbuy ID hyperlink to open its details.

7. Click the Refresh button. This allows approvers and owners to instantly update BOH (Balance on Hand) and Avg. Daily Sales without leaving the model.
