How to Place a Cisco Configure to Order (CTO) Quote in CRM

Overview:

This guide explains how to create and process a Cisco CTO quote in CRM.

Process:

1. Go to My Apps and open Okta. 

2. Search for X4A in Okta and then click it. Xvantage for Associates (X4A) will open in a new tab.

3. Within X4A hover over the left navigation menu and click Sales.

4. Select CRM from the Sales sub-menu.

5. In the CRM sidebar menu, navigate to Sales and select CTO App.

6. Choose CTO Quote to the CTO App dropdown.

7. Fill in required fields:

   1. Customer - Account number (no dashes)

   2. Contact – contact’s email address

8. Choose Cisco and click Submit.

9. X4A CRM redirects to Request Quote page in X4C.
