Overview:
This article provides a step-by-step guide for placing bulk orders in Xvantage for Associates (X4A). It also explains how to download, fill out, and upload the bulk order template, both of which are key steps in the process.
Process:
Go to My Apps and open Okta.
In Okta, search for X4A and open it.
Within X4A, hover over the left navigation menu and click Sales.
From the expanded menu, click Bulk Order Upload.
Once directed to the Bulk Order Page, be sure to set the country option.
Click the blue button located at the top-right hand part of the screen that says Upload file.
In the pop-up window, upload the filled-out template.
Click either Review to review information or Place orders.
