How to Reactivate Bulk Import Job in CRM

Overview:

This article provides the step-by-step process on how to reactivate a bulk import job in CRM.

1. Go to My Apps and open Okta.

2. In Okta, search for X4A and open it.

3. Within X4A, hover over the left navigation menu and click Sales.

4. Select CRM from the Sales sub-menu.

5. In CRM, navigate to Extensions → Bulk Import Jobs.

6. By default, the Active Bulk Import Jobs view is displayed.

7. Click the Active Bulk Import Jobs and choose Inactive Bulk Import Jobs.

8. Locate the inactive job you want to activate by using filter by in the category name or the quick find icon.

9. Once located, mark the checkbox in front of the ID column.

10. Click on Activate in the command bar. You may also choose to specify a status reason if desired. It will be automatically transferred to Active Bulk Import Jobs.
