How to Read the Bid Entry Management Dashboard in Xvantage for Associates

Overview:

This article will provide steps how to read the Bid Entry Management Dashboard (BEM) in GDE in Xvantage for Associates (X4A).

Process:

1. Go to My Apps and open Okta.

2. In Okta, search for X4A and open it.

3. Within Xvantage for Associates, hover over the left navigation menu Revenue and click GDE deals & discounts or navigate to GDE by using the standalone link: gds.ingrammicro.com.

4. If using the standalone link, from the homepage, choose Bid Entry Management.

5. On the BEM dashboard you will typically see bid entries with statuses such as:

   1. Approved: bid is accepted and can proceed.

   2. Denied: bid is rejected.

   3. On hold: bid requires clarification, correction, or additional review.

   4. 48 Hr Drop: bid is on hold for 48 hours.

      1. New: bid has been recently created and has not been assigned for review.

6. Assigned: bid has been assigned to a COG/VDD user for review.

Note: Sales users’ views will be sorted using LIFO (Last In First Out) by default, while COG/VDD users will default to FIFO (First In First Out).

7. To filter the Bid Entries, hover over the column header you wish to filter by and click on to open filtering options for that column.

8. Select your desired filters and click Submit.

9. Columns with active filters will show an icon next to their title.

10. Click on Reset to clear active filters for that column.
