Overview:
This article provides guidance on how to reassign a deal in Deal Analyzer in Xvantage for Associates.
Process:
Go to My Apps and open Okta.
In Okta, search for X4A and open it.
Within X4A, hover over the left navigation menu and click Finance.
Click Deal Analyzer.
By default, Deals tab will load.
From the Deal Analyzer Deals page, click the checkbox for the deals that need reassigning, then click Reassign at the bottom of the page.
By double clicking in the Owner field a dro-down with all available owners will appear.
Choose the new owner and click on Assign.
You can also reassign an associate from within a deal.
Open a deal and click on the ⋯ symbol on the top right corner on the page.
Note: Only Deal Analyzer Country Admin(s) have access to the Administration screen and can reassign deals as a backup option.
To reassign all deals created by a previous requester:
Go to the Administration tab and select the Owners section.
In the Current Owner field, select the associate whose deals need to be reassigned.
In the New Owner field, select the associate who will take ownership of the deals.
Click Save to complete the reassignment.
