How to Remove a Shortcut from the Persona Agnostic Page in Xvantage for Associates

Overview:

This article will explain step by step how to remove a shortcut from the Persona Agnostic home page in Xvantage for Associates(X4A).

Process:

1. Go to My Apps and open Okta.

2. Search for X4A in Okta and then click it. Xvantage for Associates (X4A) will open in a new tab.

3. Within the Persona Agnostic page, scroll down to the tile with the shortcut you want to remove.

   

4. Click the three dots/hamburger menu.

5. Click Manage shortcuts.

   

6. A pop-up window will appear with the shortcut’s URL address and title. Click the Bin icon in the top right corner of the window.

   

7. Click Save.

   

8. The tile with the shortcut you just deleted will be removed once you save your changes.
