How to Reopen an Opportunity in CRM

Overview:

This article provides a step-by-step process on how to reopen an opportunity in CRM.

Process:

1. Go to My Apps and open Okta.

2. In Okta, search for Xvantage for Associates(X4A) and open it.

3. Within X4A hover over the left navigation menu and click Sales.

4. Select CRM from the Sales sub-menu.

5. In the CRM sidebar menu, navigate to Sales and select Opportunities.

6. Select the dropdown menu for views and pick the list that relates to the closed opportunities in your region.

7. Search for the specific opportunity you need to reopen by using filter by or quick find icon.

8. Once located, tick the box beside its topic/name.

9. Click Reopen Opportunity at the command bar.

10. The opportunity will automatically reopen and will be moved to All Opportunities.
