How To Request Access for GDE in Xvantage for Associates

Overview:

This article provides steps how to request an access for GDE in Xvantage for Associates (X4A).

Process:

1. Open IM-Serve Catalog form: GDE User Access Request - IM/IMM Associates

2. Fill out all required fields:

   1. Requested For - filled in automatically. If you are submitting on behalf of another person, look up the associate's name.

   2. Choose Production for the Environment, unless you are submitting for UAT access, then you would select Beta.

   3. Based on the selected Environment, the Request Type is filled in automatically:

      1. Add New User - if you do not currently have access.

      2. Modify Existing User - if you already have access to GDE but are looking to change your role.

      3. Delete Existing User - if you no longer require access to GDE.

   4. Choose GDE Sales for role in Add or Remove roles unless you are a COG/VDD user or in a Configurator role.

   5. Choose your country for both Countries and Default Country Code.

3. Click Submit.
