How to Resolve a Reseller on a Bid in GDE in Xvantage for Associates

Overview:

This article will provide steps how to resolve a reseller on a Bid in GDE in Xvantage for Associates (X4A).

Process:

1. Go to My Apps and open Okta.

2. In Okta, search for X4A and open it.

3. Within X4A hover over the left navigation menu Revenue and click GDE deals & discounts or Navigate to GDE by using the standalone link: gds.ingrammicro.com.

4. If using the standalone link, from the homepage, choose Exception deals.

5. You can search in the search by within Exception Deals by:

   • Deal #

   • End User Name

   • Program Name

   • Reseller Name

   • Vendor name

6. Select the way in which you would like to search.

7. Put your corresponding search criteria in the box.

8. Click enter.

9. Click on the hyperlinked Deal# to get into your bid.

10. Click on the pencil next to Reseller#.

11. Search either the Reseller name in Reseller name field or the BCN in the reseller# field.

12. Select the correct Reseller you are looking for.

13. Click Save at the bottom.
