How to Review an Order in CRM

Overview:

This article explains how to search for and review order details in CRM, including order information and freight review data.

Process:

1. Go to My Apps and open Okta.

2. In Okta, search for X4A and open it.

   • Tip: You can also access Xvantage for Associates directly from My Apps.

3. In X4A, hover over the left navigation menu and select Sales.

4. Select CRM from the Sales sub-menu.

5. In the CRM left navigation menu, navigate to Sales > Order Product Search.

6. In the Order Search tab, enter the required search criteria to locate the order.

7. From the search results, select the IM Sales Order.

8. The Order Review tab opens automatically.

9. Review the available order information, including:

   • Order details

   • Freight review information

   • Additional order-related data
