How to Search and Filter Orders in Xvantage for Associates

Overview:

This article explains how to search for specific orders and apply filters in Order Management in Xvantage for Associates.

Process:

1. Go to My Apps and open Okta.

2. In Okta, search for Xvantage for Associates (X4A) and open it.

3. Within X4A, hover over the left navigation menu and click Sales.

4. Select Order Management from the sub-menu.

5. To search for a specific order, use the search bar located at the top right corner of the page.

6. To refine your search results, click the Filter button at the top-right of the Order Management table.

7. Once you've entered the confirmation ID or Reseller PO, the relevant order(s) will appear in the results.
