Overview:
This article provides the step-by-step process on how you search for specific bids that you want to view in CRM.
Process:
Go to My Apps and open Okta.
In Okta search for Xvantage for Associates (X4A) and open it.
Within X4A hover over the left navigation menu and click Sales.
Select CRM from the Sales sub-menu.
From the CRM’s left navigation menu, scroll down to Sales.
Choose Bid Tool. Bid Search will open by default
To search for bids, use the Fulltext Search box. You may enter any of the following details to search for bids record:
Bid Number
Reseller
End User
Reseller Number
SKU
VPN
Master Vendor
Master Vendor Number
Bid Upload Status
