How to Search for a Business Plan in CRM

Overview:

This article provides the steps for locating an existing Business Plan in CRM.

Process:

1. Go to My Apps and open Okta. 

2. In Okta, search for Xvantage for Associates and open it.

3. Within Xvantage for Associates, hover over the left navigation menu and click Sales.

4. Select CRM from the Sales sub-menu.

5. In CRM, navigate to Extensions and click Business Plans.

   The default view will display Active Business Plans.

   

6. Click the Business Plan Title column header.

7. Click Filter by.

   

8. Change Equals to Contains.

   

9. Enter the Business Plan Title in the field.

10. Click Apply to view results.

    

11. Alternatively, use the quick find bar beside the edit filters to search for the Business Plan Title.
