How to Search for a Campaign in CRM

This article provides the step-by-step process on how to search for a campaign in CRM.

Go to My Apps and open Okta.
In Okta, search for Xvantage for Associates(X4A) and open it.
Within X4A, hover over the left navigation menu and click Sales.
Select CRM from the Sales sub-menu.
In the CRM sidebar menu, navigate to Sales and select Campaigns.
By default, you will land on My Campaigns view.
If you need to switch views, simply click the drop-down menu and choose from other listed views.
Click on the Name column header.
Select Filter by.
Change the filter condition from Equals to Contains, then enter the desired campaign name in the provided field.
Click Apply to view the results.
Alternatively, you can use the Filter by keyword search bar and type the campaign name directly.
