Overview:
This article provides a step-by-step guide for associates on how to search for a specific customer in goal setting within the Xvantage for Associates (X4A).
Process:
Go to My Apps and open Okta.
In Okta, search for Xvantage for Associates(X4A) and open it.
Within X4A,hover over the left navigation menu and click Marketing Suite.
You will be redirected to the Marketing Suite Hub.
Use the search bar to locate the specific campaign.
Click the campaign name (hyperlinked) to open its details page.
Navigate to the Goal Setting tab.
Use the search bar to locate the specific company.
The matching results will be displayed with the following information:
Customer company name
MBCN
Program revenue
Goal
