How to Search for a Customer Survey in CRM

Overview:

This article will provide a step-by-step process on how to search for a specific customer survey in X4A CRM.

Process:

1. Go to My Apps and open Okta.

2. In Okta search for Xvantage for Associates(X4A) and open it.

3. Within X4A, hover over the left navigation menu and click Sales.

4. Select CRM from the Sales sub-menu.

5. In CRM, navigate to Extensions and select Customer Survey from the sub-menu.

6. The Active Customer Surveys page will be displayed. To change it, click the dropdown menu to select the desired list.

7. Click on the Name column header and select Filter By from the dropdown menu.

8. Change the condition from Equals to Contains.

9. Enter the name of the Customer Survey in the filter field and click Apply. Results will be displayed.

10. Alternatively, use the Filter by keyword search bar or the Edit filters button to locate the desired Customer Survey.

11. The matching survey results will be displayed in the grid below.
