How to Search for a Customer Survey Instance in CRM

Overview:

This article will provide a step-by-step process on how to search for a specific customer survey in X4A CRM.

Process:

1. Go to My Apps and open Okta.

2. In Okta search for Xvantage for Associates(X4A) and open it.

3. Within X4A, hover over the left navigation menu and click Sales.

4. Select CRM from the Sales sub-menu.

5. In the sidebar menu, navigate to Customer Survey and click the Customer Survey Instance. The My Open Customer Surveys Instances view will be displayed.

6. You can change the view by clicking the drop-down menu and selecting the option you need. (Example: Select All Customer Survey Instances to display all customer survey instances)

7. You may search by filtering the name. Alternatively, you may use the Filter by keyword bar, type the survey name, and press Enter.

8. The matching survey results will be displayed.
