How to Search for a Post-Mortem in Xvantage for Associates

Overview:

This article provides the steps on how you can search for a particular post-mortem in X4A.

Note: This function is available to Powerbuy Associates only.

Process:

1. Go to My Apps and open Okta.

2. In Okta, search for Xvantage for Associates (X4A) and open it.

3. Within X4A, hover over the left navigation menu and click Purchasing.

4. Select Post-Mortem from the sub-menu.

5. You will be directed to the Post-Mortem list.

6. Just above the Post-Mortem list are six (6) search buttons:

   • Powerbuy ID

   • Powerbuy Name

   • Master Vendor Code

   • Master Vendor Name

   • Status

   • Fiscal Period

7. Click on the specific button that you want to utilize, depending on the information you have on hand to search for a post-mortem.

8. Type in the post-mortem details in the respective search buttons.

9. Include a comma (,) to separate multiple details from one another.

10. Hit Apply.

11. The Post-mortem list will refresh according to the matching results.
