How to Search for a Specific Order Line in Xvantage for Associates

Overview

This document includes steps on how to search for a specific order line in X4A. 

Process

1. Go to My Apps and open Okta.

2. In Okta, search for Xvantage for Associates(X4A) and open it.

3. Within X4A, hover over the left navigation menu and click Vendors, then select Vendor Purchase Order. 

4. Type the desired PO number in the Search bar and press the Enter key.

5. Click the PO/SO number to view its full details.

6. Select the Order Lines tab.

7. Type the PO line number or other unique details like SKU in the Search bar and press the Enter key.
