How to Search for an Account Profile in CRM

Overview:

This article provides the steps on how to search for a specific account profile in CRM.

Process:

1. Go to My Apps and open Okta. 

2. In Okta, search for Xvantage for Associates and open it.

3. Within Xvantage for Associates, hover over the left navigation menu and click Sales.

4. Select CRM from the Sales sub-menu.

5. In CRM, click Account Profiles under Extension in the sidebar menu.

6. The default view will display Active Account Profiles.

7. Click the Account column header.

8. Click Filter by.

9. Change Equals to Contains.

10. Enter the Account Name in the field.

11. Click Apply to view results.

12. Alternatively, use the quick find icon to search for the specific account.
