How to Search for an Account Vendor Profile in CRM

Overview:

This article will provide a step-by-step process on how to search for a specific account vendor profile in X4A CRM. 

Process:

1. Go to My Apps and open Okta.

2. In Okta search for Xvantage for Associates(X4A) and open it.

3. Within X4A hover over the left navigation menu and click Sales.

4. Select CRM from the Sales sub-menu.

5. In CRM, click Account Vendor Profiles under Extension in the sidebar menu.

6. The default view will display Active Account Vendor Profiles. To change it, simply click the dropdown menu and select from the available list.

7. Click the Vendor Account ID column header.

8. Click Filter by.

9. Change Equals to Contains.

10. Enter the Vendor Account ID in the field.

11. Click Apply to view results.

12. Alternatively, use the Filter by keyword search bar for the specific account.
