How to Search for an End User in CRM

Overview:

This article will serve as a guide on how to search for an end user in X4A CRM.

Process:

1. Go to My Apps and open Okta.

2. Search for X4A in Okta and then click it. Xvantage for Associates (X4A) will open in a new tab.

3. Within X4A, hover over the left navigation menu and click Sales, then select CRM.

4. In Xvantage CRM, go to the Customers section and select End Users.

5. By default, you’ll see a list of Active End Users. Click on the dropdown to change the list view if needed.

6. Utilize the Filter by keyword search bar from the right side: type the End User Name and press Enter.

7. The matching results will be displayed.
