How to Search for an Order in CRM

Overview: 

This article explains how to search for orders in CRM using a variety of search criteria. Once an order is located, you can review its details, status, and freight information.

Process:

1. Go to My Apps and open Okta.

2. In Okta, search for X4A and open it.

   • Tip: You can also access Xvantage for Associates directly from My Apps.

3. In X4A, hover over the left navigation menu and select Sales.

4. Select CRM from the Sales sub-menu.

5. In the CRM left navigation menu, navigate to Sales > Order Search.

6. The Order Review page opens by default.

7. Select the Order Search tab.

8. Enter one or more search criteria to find the order. Available search fields include:

   • BCN

   • Order From Date

   • Order To Date

   • Country

   • Order Number

   • Ship From Date

   • Ship To Date

   • Order Status

   • Customer PO

   • Serial Number

   • Order Type

   • IM SKU

   • Vendor Code

9. Select Search to display matching orders.

10. To start a new search, select Clear Filter to remove the current search criteria.

11. Review the search results displayed below the search fields.
