How to Search for an Order Using the Licensing Locator in CRM

Overview:

This article provides a guide on how to search for an order using the licensing locator in X4A CRM.

Process:

1. Go to My Apps and open Okta.

2. In Okta, search for Xvantage for Associates(X4A) and open it.

3. Within X4A, hover over the left navigation menu and click Sales.

4. Select CRM from the Sales sub-menu.

5. In the left navigation bar of X4A, click Sales, then select CRM.

6. In Xvantage CRM, click Licensing Locator under the Licensing section.

7. You will be redirected to the Order Status Search page.

8. Enter any of the following to refine your search:

   • Account Number

   • Ingram Micro PO Number

   • Customer Purchase Order

   • Sales Order Number

     • Tip: The more fields you fill in, the more precise your search results will be.

9. If multiple results appear, use the Order Number Search bar to narrow down by:

   • Open Orders

   • Invoiced Orders

10. Click View Summary to proceed.
