How to Search for Licenses in CRM

Overview:

This article provides the step-by-step process on how to search for licenses in X4A CRM.

Process:

1. Go to My Apps and open Okta. 

2. In Okta, search for Xvantage for Associates(X4A) and open it. 

3. Within X4A, hover over the left navigation menu and click Sales.

4. Select CRM from the Sales sub-menu.

5. From CRM's left navigation menu, head to the Licensing section and click Retrieve Emails.

6. Select the desired date range to narrow your search.

7. From the Vendor drop-down menu, choose the appropriate vendor.

8. Enter the Ingram Micro PO Number in the designated field.

   • You may also opt to nominate other details to help your searching (e.g. Country).

9. Click Search. The matching results will be displayed.
