How to Search for Orders in GDE in Xvantage for Associates

Overview:

This article explains how to search for orders within Discount Management in GDE Deals & Discounts using Xvantage for Associates (X4A). You can search for orders by vendor and review the associated ACOP records and order details.

Process:

1. Go to My Apps and open Okta.

2. In Okta, search for X4A and open it. Xvantage for Associates will open in a new tab.

3. From the left navigation menu, select Revenue, then click GDE deals & discounts.

   • Alternative: You can access GDE directly using the standalone URL: gds.ingrammicro.com.

4. If accessing GDE through the standalone URL, select Discount Management from the home page.

5. In the Search ACOPs section, begin typing the vendor name in the Vendor field.

6. Select the appropriate vendor from the list of matching results.

7. Click Search.

8. Review the search results displayed on the page.

9. Select an ACOP or order record to view additional details, if required.
