How to Search for Sales Operation Codes in CRM

Overview:

This article provides step-by-step instructions on how to search for a specific Sales Operation Code within the Xvantage CRM.

Note: This function is used by Business Admins.

Go to My Apps and open Okta.
In Okta, search for Xvantage for Associates(X4A) and open it.
Within X4A, hover over the left navigation menu and click Sales.
Select CRM from the Sales sub-menu.
In CRM, find Extensions in the left navigation panel.
Select Sales Operation Code from the Extensions sub-menu.
Ensure the view is set to Active Sales Operation Codes Configs.
Click the Name column header.
From the dropdown menu, select Filter by.
Change the filter condition from Equals to Contains.
Enter the desired Name in the field provided.
Click Apply. The matching results will be displayed.
Alternatively, you can use the Quick Find bar (located next to the Edit Filters) to search for a specific record directly.
