How to Search for the Address of a Reseller in CRM

Overview:

This article provides step-by-step instructions on how to search for a reseller's address using CRM. By filtering the address records by BCN or Account Name, users can quickly find the correct reseller address.

Process:

1. Go to My Apps and open Okta.

2. In Okta, search for Xvantage for Associates and open it.

3. Within Xvantage for Associates, hover over the left navigation menu and click Sales.

4. Select CRM from the Sales sub-menu.

5. In the CRM sidebar menu, navigate to Extensionsand select Addresses.

6. In view dropdown, select All Customer Addresses to display addresses.

7. To filter by category field, you can use any column.

8. Click the desired category field and select Filter by.

9. Change the condition from Equalsto Contains.

10. Enter the relevant information:

    • For BCN, input the account number.

    • For Account Name, input the account name.

11. Click Apply to display matching results.

12. Alternatively, use the Quick Find bar beside the edit filter. Enter the BCN or Account Name and press Enter to see the results.
