Overview:
This article explains how to search for a Vendor Group in Deal Analyzer.
Note: Credit & Finance has view access to the Central Vendor Group, while the Legal and Accounting roles have editing rights.
Process:
Go to My Apps and open Okta.
In Okta, search for Xvantage for Associates and open it.
Within X4A, hover over the left navigation menu and click Finance.
Select Deal Analyzer.
Click the Administration tab.
By default, the Central Vendor Groups page is displayed.
Enter the vendor group name or keyword in the search bar.
To narrow your search results, click More Filters and select the appropriate filter options.
Click Apply to display the matching vendor groups.
