Overview:
This article provides a step-by-step guide on how to browse through and find vendor onboarding leads in Xvantage for Associates (X4A).
Process:
Go to My Apps and open Okta.
In Okta, search for Xvantage for Associates (X4A) and open it.
Within X4A, hover over the left navigation menu and click Vendors.
Then, select Vendor Onboarding.
At the top, you will find various tabs that include Active Managed Leads, Active Unmanaged Leads, Inactive/Rejected Leads and Onboarded Leads.
You can browse through each of these categories via the search bar at the top left of the page, which allows you to locate specific leads by using criteria such as Company Name and Primary Contact. To change the criteria based on which you’re searching, click on the drop-down menu on the left of the search bar and select your desired option.
In addition to this, you can also use the Filter button on the top right of the page to sort through your search results based on criteria such as Company Location, Services Hosting, Lead start date, Product type, Projected Revenue and Countries selling to.
