How to Select Report Filters in Looker Analytics Platform in Xvantage for Associates

Overview:

This article will provide steps how to select report filters in Looker Analytics platform in Xvantage for Associates (X4A).

Process:

1. Go to My Apps and open Okta.

2. In Okta, search for Looker application and open it.

3. Click the Explore icon on the Looker homepage.

4. Enter Everest in the text field.

5. Select GDE Bids and AutoQuotes.

6. Expand the Filters section and click the + Filter button.

7. Enter country in the text field and select Country.

8. The filter Everest Bids Country appears in the Filters section.

10. Select an Expression for the filter from the drop-down.

    • Is

    • Contains

    • Starts With

    • Ends with

    • Is null

    • And more

11. Select a country from the any value drop-down.

12. Click the Run button.

13. The table displays details for the countries.
