How to Select the Default View in Opportunity Service Categories in CRM

Overview:

This article provides a step-by-step process on how to select your default view when you navigate to Opportunity Service Categories in CRM. 

Process:

1. Go to My Apps and open Okta.

2. Search for X4A in Okta and then click it. Xvantage for Associates (X4A) will open in a new tab.

3. Within X4A, hover over the left navigation menu and click Sales.

4. Select CRM from the Sales sub-menu.

5. In the CRM sidebar menu, navigate to Sales and select Opportunity Service Categories.

6. Your current view would be Active Opportunity Service Categories.

7. Click Active Opportunity Service Categories drop-down.

8. Click Manage and Share Views.

9. The available views will be displayed on the right side of the screen.

10. Select the list you want to set as your default view and click the ellipsis icon (…)

11. Click Set as Default View.

12. From now on, this list will be your default view whenever you access Opportunity Service Categories in Xvantage CRM.
