Overview:
This article provides a step-by-step process on how to select your default view when you navigate to Sales Operation Code in Xvantage for Associates CRM.
Note: This function is used by Business Admins.
Process:
Go to My Apps and open Okta.
In Okta, search for Xvantage for Associates(X4A) and open it.
Within X4A, hover over the left navigation menu and click Sales.
Select CRM from the Sales sub-menu.
In CRM, find Extensions in the left navigation panel.
Select Sales Operation Code from the Extensions sub-menu.
Originally, the view is defaulted to Active Sales Operation Code Configs (unless you've already performed this whole process in the past and your view is already different).
Click the view selector drop-down.
Click Manage and Share Views.
The available views will be displayed on the right side of the screen.
Select the list you want to set as your default view and click the ellipsis icon (…)
Click Set as Default View.
Click Apply.
Moving forward, the list you selected will be your default view whenever you access the Sales Operation Code module in Xvantage CRM.
