How to Select Your Default View in Leads in CRM

Overview:

This article provides a step-by-step process on how to select your default view when you navigate to leads in CRM. 

Process:

1. Go to My Apps and open Okta.  

2. In Okta, search for Xvantage for Associates and open it.  

3. Within X4A, hover over the left navigation menu and click Sales.

4. Select CRM from the Sales sub-menu.

5. In the CRM sidebar menu, navigate to Sales and select Leads.

6. By default, the My Open Leads will display.

7. Click My Open Leads view drop-down. 

8. At the bottom of the drop-down, click Manage and Share Views.

9. The Manage and share view: Leads will appear on the right side of the screen.

10. Choose the view you want to set as your default view. 

11. Click the ellipsis icon (…)  and select Set as Default View.

12. Click Apply.

13. From now on, this lead list will be your default view whenever you access Leads under Sales.
