How to Select Your Default View in Opportunities in CRM

Overview:

This article provides the steps on how to select your preferred default view in opportunities in X4A CRM.

Process:

1. Go to My Apps and open Okta.

2. In Okta, search for Xvantage for Associates(X4A) and open it.

3. Within X4A, hover over the left navigation menu and click Sales.

4. Select CRM from the Sales sub-menu.

5. In the CRM sidebar menu, navigate to Sales and select Opportunities.

6. Click Opportunity View drop-down on the upper left corner of the page.

7. Select the list that you want to set as your default view. Then, click the Opportunity View drop-down again.

8. At the very bottom of the drop-down, click Set as default view.

9. Alternatively, you may click Manage and Share views.

10. A panel will show up on the right side of the display.

11. From the list of views, pick the one you wish to set as the default. Click on the ellipsis icon and choose Set as Default View.

12. Finally, hit Apply. The chosen view will now be automatically shown each time you enter the Opportunities section.
