How to Select Your Default View in Quotes in CRM

Overview:

This article provides a step-by-step process on how to select your default view when you navigate to Quotes in Xvantage for Associates CRM. 

Process:

1. Go to My Apps and open Okta.

2. Search for X4A in Okta and then click it. Xvantage for Associates (X4A) will open in a new tab.

3. Within X4A, hover over the left navigation menu and click Sales.

4. Select CRM from the Sales sub-menu.

5. In the Xvantage CRM sidebar menu, navigate to Sales and select Quotes.

6. Your current view would be All Quotes EMEA.

7. Click All Quotes EMEA drop-down.

8. Choose your preferred view from the available options.

9. The view that you chose will be displayed. Click your current view again.

10. Click Set as Default View from the options.

11. From now on, this list will be your default view whenever you access Quotes under Sales.
