Overview:
This article provides a step-by-step process on how to select your default view when you navigate to Quotes in Xvantage for Associates CRM.
Process:
Go to My Apps and open Okta.
In Okta, search for Xvantage for Associates(X4A) and open it.
Within X4A, hover over the left navigation menu and click Sales.
Select CRM from the Sales sub-menu.
In the Xvantage CRM sidebar menu, navigate to Sales and select Quotes.
Your current view would be All Quotes EMEA.
Click All Quotes EMEA drop-down. At the end of the list, click on Manage and Share Views.
A panel on the right side will show up, displaying all the available views for Quotes.
Scroll through the options and identify your preferred default view. After finding it, click on the ellipsis next to it.
Select Set as Default View.
Finally, click Apply.
Changes have been saved, and your preferred view has been chosen.
