How to Send a Direct Email via Contacts Page in CRM

Overview:

This guide explains how you can easily send a direct email through the contacts page in CRM. 

Process:

1. Go to My Apps and open Okta.
2. Search for X4A in Okta and then click it. Xvantage for Associates (X4A) will open in a new tab.
3. Within X4A, hover over the left navigation menu and click Sales.
4. Select CRM from the Sales sub-menu.
5. In the Xvantage CRM left navigation menu, navigate to Customers and select Contacts.
6. Use the Quick find search function to locate the contact that you want to send an email to.
7. Once the desired account is pulled up, check the box next to full name.
8. Click the ellipsis icon on the command bar on the top of the screen.
9. Select Send Direct Email. 
10. An expanded menu will appear on the right. Fill out the fields. 
    • To (auto populated based on the account you selected)
    • From (auto populated)
    • Language
    • Template
11. Click Send to complete the process.
