How to Send an Email of the Order in CRM

Overview:

This article provides the step-by-step process on how to send an email of the order through licensing locator in X4A CRM.

Process:

1. Go to My Apps and open Okta.

2. In Okta, search for Xvantage for Associates(X4A) and open it.

3. Within X4A, hover over the left navigation menu and click Sales.

4. Select CRM from the Sales sub-menu.

5. In Xvantage CRM, click Licensing Locator under the Licensing section.

6. Search for the order you want to email.

7. After searching and selecting the order(s), click Email Licenses located on the upper right corner of the page.

8. A prompt will appear asking for recipient email addresses.

9. Enter up to five email addresses, separated by a comma and a space (e.g., name1@email.com, name2@email.com).

10. Click Submit to send the license reprints.
