Overview:
This article will guide you on how you can share the link to your current view on Account Vendor Profile in CRM through an email message.
Process:
Go to My Apps and open Okta.
In Okta search for Xvantage for Associates(X4A) and open it.
Within X4A hover over the left navigation menu and click Sales.
Select CRM from the Sales sub-menu.
From CRM left navigation menu, scroll down to Extensions. Choose Account Vendor Profiles.
If needed, you may opt to switch your views by clicking the Active Account Vendor Profiles drop-down. You may also utilize the filter function and edit the columns first.
Once you’re ready to share your view, head over to the command tool bar located on the top of the screen.
Locate Email a Link and click the drop-down icon. Choose Of Current View.
Outlook will automatically open, with the link to your created view auto populated on the body of the email.
Compose the email as per your usual.
Add the email addresses of the recipients.
Send the email.
