Overview:
This article will guide you on how you can share a link to an account vendor profile through an email.
Process:
Go to My Apps and open Okta.
In Okta search for Xvantage for Associates(X4A) and open it.
Within X4A hover over the left navigation menu and click Sales.
Select CRM from the Sales sub-menu.
From CRM left navigation menu, scroll down to Extensions. Choose Account Vendor Profiles.
Locate the account/s that you want to share through an email.
Select the accounts by clicking the checkbox that corresponds to them.
From the command tool bar located on the top of the screen, click on Email a Link.
Outlook will automatically open with the links to the accounts auto-populated on the body of the email.
Compose the email as per your usual.
Add the email addresses of the recipients.
Send the email.
