How to Send the Link to an Order Product in CRM

Overview:

This article explains how to share a direct link to an Order Product record from CRM using the Email a Link feature.

Process:

1. Go to My Apps and open Okta.

2. In Okta, search for X4A and open it.

   • Tip: You can also access Xvantage for Associates directly from My Apps.

3. In X4A, hover over the left navigation menu and select Sales.

4. Select CRM from the Sales sub-menu.

5. In the CRM left navigation menu, navigate to Sales > Order Products.

6. Locate the order product that you want to share using the search or filter options.

7. Select the checkbox next to the desired order product.

8. On the command bar, click Email a Link.

9. Outlook opens automatically with a link to the selected order product pre-populated in the email body.

10. Enter the recipients and any additional information you want to include in the message.

11. Click Send.

12. An email containing a direct link to the selected Order Product record is sent to the specified recipients, allowing them to quickly access the record in CRM.
