How to Send the Link to Your View in Order Products in CRM

Overview:

This article explains how to share a link to your current Order Products view in CRM using the Email a Link feature.

Process:

1. Go to My Apps and open Okta.

2. In Okta, search for X4A and open it.

   • Tip: You can also access Xvantage for Associates directly from My Apps.

3. In X4A, hover over the left navigation menu and select Sales.

4. Select CRM from the Sales sub-menu.

5. In the CRM left navigation menu, navigate to Sales > Order Products.

6. On the command bar, open the Email a Link dropdown menu and select Of Current View.

7. Outlook automatically opens with a link to the current Order Products view pre-populated in the email body.

8. Enter the recipients and add any additional information to the email.

9. Click Send.

10. An email containing a direct link to the current Order Products view is sent to the selected recipients. When recipients open the link, they can access the same view in CRM, subject to their access permissions.
