How to Sort Managed Accounts in Xvantage for Associates

Overview:

This guide explains how to sort managed accounts in Xvantage for Associates (X4A).

Process:

1. Go to My Apps and open Okta.  

2. In Okta, search for Xvantage for Associates (X4A) and open it.  

3. Within X4A, hover over the left navigation menu and click Vendors.

4. Click Account Management.

5. Navigate to the Managed Accounts tab.

6. Identify the column you want to sort.

7. Hover over the column header. A sort arrow will appear.

8. Click the arrow to sort:

   • First click: Sorts in ascending order (A–Z or 0–9).

   • Second click: Sorts in descending order (Z–A or 9–0).

   • Third click: Returns to the original order.
