Overview:
This article explains how to switch between dashboards in Xvantage for Associates (X4A) CRM.
Dashboards provide visual access to key sales data, activities, and performance metrics. You can switch between available dashboards to view information relevant to your role or business needs.
Process:
Go to My Apps and open Okta.
In Okta, search for X4A and open it.
Tip: You can also access Xvantage for Associates directly from My Apps.
In X4A, select Sales from the left navigation menu.
Select CRM from the Sales sub-menu.
In the CRM’s left navigation menu, navigate to My Work > Dashboards.
Select the Dashboard drop-down menu at the top of the page.
Choose the dashboard you want to view from the list of available dashboards.
The selected dashboard loads and becomes the active dashboard for the current session.
Note: By default, CRM opens the dashboard that has been configured as your default dashboard.
Set a Default Dashboard (Optional):
Open the dashboard that you want to use as your default view.
Select Set As Default from the command bar.
Confirm the change if prompted.
Note: If you switch to another dashboard without selecting Set As Default, CRM will revert to your default dashboard the next time you access the Dashboards area.
