How to Switch to Focused View on Order Products in CRM

Overview:

This article explains how to switch to Focused View in the Order Products section of CRM. Focused View provides a simplified workspace by reducing on-screen distractions, allowing you to concentrate on the information that matters most.

Process:

1. Go to My Apps and open Okta.

2. In Okta, search for X4A and open it.

   • Tip: You can also access Xvantage for Associates directly from My Apps.

3. In X4A, hover over the left navigation menu and select Sales.

4. Select CRM from the Sales sub-menu.

5. In the CRM left navigation menu, navigate to Sales > Order Products.

6. On the command bar, click Focused View.

7. The page refreshes and displays the Order Products list in Focused View.

8. The Order Products page is displayed in Focused View, providing a cleaner and more streamlined workspace.

9. To return to the standard view, click Read-Only Grid on the command bar.
